2nd/3rd Line Technical Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, and related technologies.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the M365 suite, including Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Power Platform.
Manage and maintain legacy HCL Domino Notes environments as needed.
Collaborate with end users and stakeholders to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Monitor system performance and implement optimisations to enhance stability and user experience.
Participate in migrations, upgrades, and rollouts of SharePoint and other M365 products.
Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and operational processes for future reference.
Stay current with updates, best practices, and innovations in M365
Desirable Skills:
Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation and configuration
Familiarity with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and customisation
Certifications in Microsoft technologies (e.g., M365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, Teams Administrator, or Security Administrator) would be an asset but not mandatory
Experience with ITIL processes or similar frameworks
